Objectif G\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats favorables du traitement antituberculeux chez les malades suivis dans 2 CDT de la ville de Bujumbura (CDT Service Yezu Mwiza et Ngagara) en octroyant des aides extra-m\u00e9dicaux dans le cadre d\u2019une approche biom\u00e9dicale et sociale.<\/p>

Objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

  • Documenter les facteurs associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la non-observance et les issues de traitement non-favorables\u00a0<\/li>
  • Evaluer l\u2019impact des aides extra-m\u00e9dicaux dans le cadre d\u2019une approche biom\u00e9dicale et sociale sur les r\u00e9sultats favorables du traitement antituberculeux mieux adapt\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019analyse de la situation.<\/li>
  • Evaluer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le de soutien sociale aupr\u00e8s des malades et des prestataires de soins.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    M\u00e9thode :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

    L\u2019intervention sera constitu\u00e9e d\u2019un soutien nutritionnel des patients TB durant la phase intensive de leur traitement et d\u2019une assistance pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une activit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice de revenus de type \u00e9levage.\u00a0<\/p>

    L\u2019\u00e9tude se d\u00e9roulera dans les 2 CDT de la ville de Bujumbura et comportera 2 phases. La premi\u00e8re phase portera sur l\u2019analyse de la situation, tandis que dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, l\u2019intervention sera mise en \u0153uvre. L\u2019\u00e9tude sera descriptive, prospective et interventionnelle, et comportera un volet quantitatif sur l\u2019impact de l\u2019intervention et un volet qualitatif sur l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le de soutien social. Elle portera sur la cohorte de 15 patients TB (toutes formes confondues).<\/p>
