{"id":691,"date":"2023-10-24T15:02:39","date_gmt":"2023-10-24T15:02:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/warncarntb.org\/?p=691"},"modified":"2023-10-24T15:02:43","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T15:02:43","slug":"tb-lab-project-support-of-srl-cotonou-to-strengthen-tb-reference-laboratories-against-covid-19-in-west-and-central-africa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/warncarntb.org\/fr\/tb-lab-project-support-of-srl-cotonou-to-strengthen-tb-reference-laboratories-against-covid-19-in-west-and-central-africa\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet TB-LAB : Soutien du SRL Cotonou pour renforcer les laboratoires de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence TB contre le COVID-19 en Afrique de l'Ouest et du Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\">Compte tenu du contexte de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, le projet TB-Lab de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s techniques des Laboratoires Nationaux de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la tuberculose (LNR) de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest et du Centre, a poursuivi ses activit\u00e9s \u00e0 distance \u00e0 l\u2019aide de plusieurs plateformes (Zoom, Mentimeter, WhatsApp\u2026).<br>Au cours des mois de mars et avril 2020, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une formation en ligne \u00e0 l\u2019endroit des responsables des LNR sur la r\u00e9daction d\u2019un plan de contingence sur le r\u00e9seau de laboratoires int\u00e9grant les contraintes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19. Au total, 16 pays sur les 24 du r\u00e9seau ont particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 ces formations qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es aussi bien en fran\u00e7ais qu\u2019en anglais. A la suite de ces formations, des s\u00e9ances individuelles d\u2019accompagnement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019endroit des LNR et ont abouti \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de 16 plans de contingence couvrant les aspects aussi vari\u00e9s que l\u2019approvisionnement des laboratoires, le transport des \u00e9chantillons, les activit\u00e9s de supervision, la gestion du personnel, les \u00e9quipements et l\u2019offre de services dans les laboratoires. Le suivi de ces plans a permis leur int\u00e9gration dans celui global du Programme National de lutte contre la Tuberculose de chaque pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Par ailleurs, l\u2019un des objectifs du projet \u00e9tant d\u2019accompagner les LNR dans le processus d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation selon la norme ISO 15189, une s\u00e9rie de 20 webinaires, en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais, a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e sur le management de la qualit\u00e9 dans les laboratoires au cours des mois de juillet et ao\u00fbt 2020. Apr\u00e8s une phase pr\u00e9paratoire, le Laboratoire Supranational de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence (SRL) de Cotonou en collaboration avec les SRL d\u2019Anvers et de Milan a offert aux LNR, 12 cours th\u00e9oriques altern\u00e9s de 8 s\u00e9ances d\u2019exercices pratiques de r\u00e9daction de documents et outils divers sur la qualit\u00e9. Vingt et un LNR ont particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 ces formations, avec en moyenne 80 participants par webinair. A l\u2019issue de ces formations, les trois pays qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9s par leur participation et les r\u00e9sultats au cours des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9valuations sont dans l\u2019ordre : le Gabon (1er), le Nig\u00e9ria (2\u00e8me), le Togo (3\u00e8me). Les participants ont attribu\u00e9 une note moyenne de 4\/5 pour exprimer leur satisfaction par rapport aux formations.<br>Enfin, des assistances techniques ponctuelles \u00e0 type de conseils ont
